How does this work?
- Book the date and time you want to play.
- After booking, you will receive a door code via email and/or text.
- The code will give you access to VolumeRoom at the designated time. Enter the code at the front door.
- Once your time is up, electricity to the equipment shuts off.
- Put everything away and head out. It’s that easy!
Can we record at VolumeRoom?
If you have recording equipment you want to use for a rough demo, you may bring it. Please bring your own cables and other equipment. Bookings can be spaced 15 minutes apart, so allow yourself enough time to pack up.
At the moment, we do not provide recording equipment or services at VolumeRoom. Our focus is to provide high quality music rehearsal space. We want your feedback so please keep us informed about ways we can improve VolumeRoom and add features.

Is there staff at VolumeRoom?
Support staff are nearby. For any issues, please text the number posted in the room.
I walked in and there is equipment missing. What do I do?
Please text the number posted in the room and let us know what is missing. We will assess the situation and accommodate you accordingly.

First, rate the customer that came before you and left the mess. You may use the room, but please text the number posted in the room and let us know. We will assess the situation and accommodate you accordingly. We want you to have the best, most professional experience possible.
Can I bring my own equipment?
Yes! Mostly, but we hope you don’t have to. We want musicians to bring their own sound to VolumeRoom and we try to provide quality equipment so you can just focus on your creativity.
Please check the “What equipment is available?” tab to save the hassle of bringing equipment that is already provided.
Don’t bring your drum set. You can bring your cymbals.
I can’t make my time. Can I get a refund?
You can cancel up to 24 hours before your time for a full refund. You must cancel online. Please allow 1-3 business days for refund to be issued.
